• Experience:

  • 14 Years with an Electrical Contractors Business. In 2000 I become the Project Manager at B&W Electrical. In 2005 become the General Manager at ABB Namibia. In 2007 become Director at BKW Electrical. B&W is an Electrical and Instrumental Contractor that are listed on the JSE. In 2010 I become the Director of the Construction Group Stephanutti Stocks. In 2011I became the owner of De Aar Electric CC. There were a lot of milestones in my career. In my 14 years as M.D. of Engrall Electrical I was part of different big projects: Saldanha Staal, Matref, Mosambique Harbour, Hullets Refinery, Afrox Saldanha Plant, Dufurco Plant.

  • 2001 - 2002: I am appointed as the Division Manager of Caser Construction in South Africa, a descendent of B&W Electrical. During this time I got a lot of experience in Civil Construction.

  • 2002 - 2004: I was the Project Manager for B&W Electrical at Sasol Temane Gas Plant in Mosambique. During this time there were more than 300 workers that reported to me.

  • 2004 - 2005: I was the Project Manager for B&W Electrical at E-Bay Diamond Mines in Luderitz Namibia. During this time there were more than 400 workers that reported to me.

  • 2005 - 2007: I was the General Manager for ABB Namibia. I was responsible for all Construction work over the whole of Namibia.

  • 2007 - 2010: I was the Director for B&W at different Projects in Sub Sahara Africa. I also managed our Mosambique descendent. During this time there were about 2000 workers at different projects in Zimbabwe, Mosambique and South Africa that reported to me. The order book that was my responsibility hit about 470 million rand in 2009-2010.

• I joined Stephanutti Stocks in 2010.This Construction Group got approximately 28 000 workers. I helped to get the Electrical Division on the go and I was one of the Directors.

• I bought De Aar Electric in 2011 with 7 workers and expand the business to a workers group of 400 in 2013.
